Returns:

Eligibility: We stand by the durability of our gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or exhibits a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately at papa@doomdad.com with photos of the issue, and we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.

Return Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are credited back to your original form of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
